Why Leading with NLP?

Leadership, in a nutshell, is about creating a compelling vision and motivating people to achieve it. Today, more businesses are focusing on developing their leaders. Leadership is key for everyone!

There are many theories and tactics about how to lead - many of these can be learnt from books and in business schools. But we don't believe that acquiring these skills or knowledge is what makes the real difference.

• Ask questions that enable someone else to get clear about their objectives
  

• A simple model of communication that will enable you to always get your message across
  

• Rapport - the key to persuasion and influence
  

• Match and mirror physiology so that people unconsciously identify with you
  

• Learn to match another person's preferred system to create rapport and deep understanding
  

• Discover how someone internally structures their beliefs and how to change them

• Use language patterns to gain greater acceptance of your message

How will the program be delivered?

NLP is learned through experience and therefore the program is intensely practical in its style. About the trainer

Carol Talbot is a Human Performance Consultant & Senior Facilitator with over fifteen years of practical business and marketing experience. A Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Certified Trainer (American Board of NLP), a member of the British Association of NLP, Master Practitioner and Certified EQ Practitioner (Emotional Intelligence), Carol is an enthusiastic, energetic and versatile consultant with a wide resource of tools, techniques, practices and processes, to assist others to become actively involved in their own development process.
